Belarus Beehive is seeking an experienced consultant or training team to design and deliver a two-day in-person training for representatives of Belarusian NGOs in exile.

Overview

The training will support participating organisations in strengthening their financial management systems, improving compliance with donor requirements, reducing audit risks, and enhancing overall financial accountability.

Target participants

The training is intended for:

  1. Finance Managers

  2. Project Managers

  3. Grant Managers

  4. Directors of Belarusian NGOs implementing EU-funded projects

Scope of the assignment

The selected consultant or team will be responsible for:

  1. Designing a practical two-day training programme.

  2. Preparing all training materials and exercises.

  3. Delivering interactive training sessions in person.

  4. Facilitating discussions, case studies, and practical group work.

  5. Supporting participants in identifying practical follow-up actions for improving their organisations’ financial management systems.

Travel and accommodation costs related to the training in Warsaw will be covered by the organiser.

Required qualifications

Applicants should demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in financial management of EU-funded projects.

  • Excellent knowledge of donor compliance requirements, particularly EU funding rules.

  • Experience designing and delivering practical training for civil society organisations.

  • Strong facilitation and communication skills.
